What is your delivery time for custom labels? |
A:
New items normally take 5-10 days depending on what type of material, adhesive, and operations need to be done, simple custom labels take the shortest time, and more complex custom labels, longer. This time is from the time we receive approved camera ready art. Repeat orders usually take from 4-7 days from receipt of order. |

Do you have a rush jobs program? |
A:
Yes, we can ship labels from 1-4 days for small charge depending on the size of the run. |

Does AJ PAKZ have order forms,or quote, forms? |

Yes, we do and this information pack is free, just call and ask for it from Mark or Karl. We also have an On-Line Quote Form for fastest service |

How should we send you the artwork? |

What are the credit terms? |
A: The first order is either pre-paid or shipped UPS c.o.d. We will send you a credit application so we can place you on open terms on orders in the future. Our open terms are 1% 15 net 20. We also are now accepting Visa, Master Card and American Express. |
Q:
How do find out what's the best material to use for my customer's application? |
A: Talk with Mark or Karl. Find out what the label is being applied to, how long do they want it to stay on, is it being applied in below freezing conditions, will it go into freezing conditions after, is the label going outdoors and subject to UV sunlight, will it be subject to harsh conditions such as cleaning solvents, etc. is being placed on a flat, smooth surface, or small diameter curved surfaces. All of these factors will determine what is the best pressure sensitive product to use. We will also send you samples of the pressure sensitive product(s) we recommend. It is very important for your customer to test these samples, first before placing an order. |

Does we use pressure sensitive paper materials only?

A: No, we use in addition to all types of pressure sensitive paper materials, vinyl pressure sensitive, polyesters, polypropylene, aluminum, latex, kimdura, tyvek, acetates, holographic films to name a few of the exotic type materials available. These films meet the needs of demanding applications, and applications where the label has to be permanent for many years (10 or more years). |
